You agree NOT to:
- Upload photos of other people without their consent
- Upload photos of public figures, politicians, or any person you do not have the legal right and consent to depict
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the AI technology
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Use the Service to create deepfakes, impersonations, or otherwise misleading synthetic media intended to deceive others
- Use generated images to deceive or defraud others
- Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without authorization
We use automated safeguards designed to prevent abuse and enforce these rules, and we may manually review reports or flagged activity to maintain safety and comply with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating headshots.
Generated Content
Upon successful payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the generated headshots. You may use them for:
- Personal use (social media, dating profiles, etc.)
- Professional use (LinkedIn, company websites, business cards)
- Commercial purposes (marketing materials, publications)
Our Technology
The AI technology, website design, and all related intellectual property remain the property of HeadShotCreate.
6. Payment Terms

- Payment is required before headshot generation
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All sales are final, subject to our refund policy
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product and the high cost of GPU processing, all sales are final once the headshots have been generated and downloaded. We offer refunds only in cases of technical failure or severe quality defects, at our sole discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
