Quality Guarantee

We stand by the technical quality of our AI. If your headshots are distorted or contain severe AI artifacts, we'll make it right with a free redo or refund.

Overview

HeadShotCreate uses advanced AI to generate professional headshots. Because our products are digital files that cannot be returned once downloaded, we have a strict refund policy to prevent abuse while ensuring fairness for genuine issues.

Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a refund or free redo if:

  • The AI generation failed completely and produced no images.
  • The results contain severe technical defects (e.g., severe facial distortion, missing features, or unrecognizable outputs) despite a high-quality input photo.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • You have already downloaded your headshots. Downloading the high-resolution images confirms your acceptance of the product.
  • You simply don't like the style. AI generation involves some artistic interpretation. Subjective dissatisfaction with style, lighting, or background choices is not grounds for a refund.
  • The input photo was poor quality. If your uploaded selfie was blurry, dark, obstructed, or low-resolution (against our guidelines), the AI results will reflect that quality.
  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.

How to Request Support

If you believe you have a valid claim for a refund or redo under our Quality Guarantee:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order number or email used for purchase.
  3. Attach screenshots of the defective images or describe the technical issue clearly.

Processing Time

We review all requests manually within 24-48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
